Partnered with domestic and international stakeholders to understand and align regulatory requirements under HIPAA and GDPR for patient-based healthcare platform launch and implementation in the US and across Europe.

Genentech, Inc.: South San Francisco, CA - Contract Manager

Collaborated with key stakeholders in analytics, brand, marketing and account teams to develop and drive strategies from conception to approval by senior leaders for implementation ensuring smooth product market launch.

Led core teams on contract bid responses in addition to managing and negotiating key federal agreements with the Dept. of Veterans Affairs on behalf of Genentech securing $100M+ in additional revenue and successfully led complex contract negotiations for the 340B Prime Vendor Program, allowing access to over 1,000 hospitals and outpatient clinics, through strategic engagement with internal stakeholders.

Managed, maintained and administered over 40 multiyear contracts for services including technology migration, energy studies, recycling programs and facility services valued up to $10M per project throughout GSA Region 9 (California, Nevada, Arizona, Hawaii and Guam).

Actively guided and participated the standing up of Incident Command Centers during the 2004 Democratic National Convention in Boston, 2006 response to Hurricane Katrina and the 2012 Republican National Convention in Tampa ensuring all logistical needs were met for operational readiness.
